Monitors

Usage#

With your Polar Cop subscription, you will have access to high-speed monitors at no additional cost. Polar monitors are handled and distributed via Polar Cop's custom notification backbone system for the quickest alerts.

When your monitors have detected a restock, you will see a notification on your phone, and they will appear on the monitor's page. Restocks are likely to move quickly, so to keep your feed decluttered the monitor pings will automatically disappear after a while.

To start a task for the desired restock item, you can tap the notification which will begin the task or you can double-tap item from the monitor history list to start it.

Setup#

Polar Cop monitors are designed to be personalised and work around you so you can catch restocks for items you want. The monitors utilise a keywords system to filter restocks and deliver only the essential restocks to you.

REGION#

As different regions may restrict buyer locations, you can filter monitors to the only pick restocks from regions you want.

STORE#

You can select monitors per store, so if you have a select few preferred stores you want to monitor, you can do so.

Keywords#

The monitors utilise a positive/negative keyword format to filter restocks. If you wish to monitor a product, you can append a + before the keyword and exclude certain products, you can append a -.

E.g. if you wanted to monitor all Nike Dunks & Lows but not Mids you could do the following: +nike, +dunk, +low, -mid.

Colours#

Unless you are after a specific colour, we recommend leaving this blank to catch all colours. Although, you can use the keywords, e.g. +red, +blue.

Sizes#

Unless you are after a specific size we recommend leaving this as N/A, this will catch all size restocks.
