Billing

The Polar Cop dashboard will allow you to update your billing details at any time as well as manage your subscription.

Update Card#

To edit your card details, press the pencil tool and fill the following and press submit.

NOTE: You cannot update your billing contact information via the dashboard (Name, Address & Country), to update this information you will need to create a support ticket. We will use the details provided at the time of the initial purchase for those details.

Pay/View an Invoice#

If you need to pay/view your latest invoice then navigate to https://polarcop.com/pay.

If your card declined and the subscription failed you can use this to pay the invoice and gain access.
