Supreme

Site Information

Supreme is a streetwear retailer based in the US shipping to US, UK, a few EU countries and Japan.

  • Supreme is region-specific, so there are three different stores for US, EU & UK and JP. They are all accessible via the same module.
  • Supreme will usually restock every Thursday at 11 AM UK Time and 11 AM (EST) Time.
  • Supreme's anti-bot is known to change from week to week and during drop, times combined with the site's overload of traffic it can be tricky to perfect a setup.
  • Their payment processor is also known to randomly flag and give out during hyped releases so be aware of this.
  • It's been identified that sometimes virtual cards are being blocked, so it's advised to use a mix of different cards.
  • Supreme is known to prevent duplicate orders, so you will need to tweak your profiles and use a variety of payment methods.

Bot Information

  • Supreme, utilises a keyword approach rather than an SKU or URL. The format for a keyword is as follows: +keyword,-keyword.

For example, using +box,+logo,-small, will find a product containing both box and logo but not small. If you are unsure consult the in-bot releases tab.

  • Supreme is known to soft ban during releases, so if you see the bot looping on a checkout error, restart the task.

  • Supreme currently supports payment via CC. If you have a card that can disable Supreme or pre-authorise transactions, it's advised you use it.

Task Modes

There are currently two main types of modes supported: Request and Safe. Request will attempt to send requests to Supreme's system to checkout quickly and efficiently. Safe will try to use a hybrid browser solution to mimic human behaviour and checkout.

If you are experiencing, issues such as Cardinal API Error or Ticket Init Error on a request mode, try switching to Safe mode.

It's always recommended to run a mixture of task modes and restrict running on local IP to a max of 5 tasks.

FAQ

I keep getting Variant not found, what does that mean?

  • This will usually occur when the product requested is no longer in stock. The bot will try to find in-stock variants so will throw this error.

I keep getting Card Declined, what does that mean?

  • Supreme's payment processor is known to block payments and not process correctly, so try a variety of different billing methods and addresses to ensure you aren't banned.
